Brand new class opportunity -

"Industrial Hemp - Impacts to Real Estate"

Wyoming passed the Industrial Hemp statute in 2017, and what does that mean?  This course will summarize the history of cannabis use, prohibition, and legalization and examines in detail the impacts to real estate practitioners, landlords, purchases and tenants. 

Approved for 4 hours of WY continuing education credit.

Water Courses:

The Wyoming Chapter of the REALTORS Land Institute is proud to be a provider of three (3) Wyoming Water Courses.  Working with the Wyoming State Engineers Office, the Chapter has applied and received continuing education credit for the following:

     - Wyoming Water Rights 101 (4 hours CE credit)
     - Water Right Searches by Legal Description (3 hours CE credit)
     - Wyoming Water Rights 102 (4 hours CE credit)

All Water Classes are hands on - bring laptop, i-Pad, i-Phone or electronic of choice to use for searching water rights electronically.

Wyoming Water Rights 101 Class

Water Right Searches by Legal Description & Survey Type

Discussion of several types of legal descriptions used, as well as brief history on the surveys made by the U.S. Government that are still used today.  They include Original Survey, Dependent Resurvey, Independent Resurvey, Homestead Entry, Desert Land Entry, Mineral and Unsurveyed/protracted Survey

Class is approved for 3 hours of continuing education for real estate licensees and appraisers.
